Recipe- Chocolate Fudge
2oz baking chocolate
1/4 cup water
1/2 stick margarine
3 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 chopped nuts (optional)
In a non-sick saucepan, over low hear, melt chocolate, marshmallows margarine & water. Stir until smooth
Cool for several minutes and then add confectioner's sugar and vanilla ( & if desired add nuts).
Spread into an 8" by 4" pan lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate for 30 min. and cut into squares.
